COSTA RICA’S PULSE

It’s been a crazy year! Covid-19, possible tax hikes, strikes and many other life challenges. Although the people of Costa Rica have stood up and protested against tax increases. As a result, the Costa Rican President has declined to raise taxes!  Now we can be joyful for that. Other hot events is the real estate market here in San Jose has been robust for standard family homes. Sales are being made consistently. Both I and colleagues have been blessed with many sales this past quarter and I continue to see individuals and families wanting to buy homes before the year end. This November 1st, Costa Rica’s boarders will open to all North America states for which will boost tourism and help Costa Rica’s economy tremendously. We welcome you all to visit our beautiful country, our Pura Vida – Ville! Together, let’s be mindful of each other’s health and safety.
