The rainy season is here. No worries though,  blue skies and sun are still bestowed upon us until mid-afternoon when rain showers appear. Known as the ‘Green Season of Costa Rica”, this season usually starts in May and ends in the first week or two of November. But don’t be bumbed out. The rain here can be glorious in many ways. Keeping all plants and trees green, growth for all the exotic fruits that we enjoy, providing great views of emerald colored mountains and cool tempatures for the afternoons and evenings. Views of rainbows arching across the Central Vallley are symbols for this time of the year.

TIPS FOR SELLERS

Buyers love to see manicured gardens, so make sure you keep the lawn and bushes trimmed. Clean your gutters. Clogged gutters are known to cause roof leaks in some types of roof designs. If if your roof has a leak, GET IT FIXED. Some buyers will be turned off from purchasing your home if the roof needs a repair.
