SUMMER HAS ARRIVED

Its officially here. Summer! For the last several weeks we have been enjoying sunny blue skies and continuous breezes. Our favorite part, a break from both the afternoon and evening rains to now having cool breezes!

Just in a few months we will see landscapes of pink and yellow flowers from the Sabana Roble and Amarillo Cortez trees at full bloom, a beautiful symbol of our summer months here in Costa Rica.

The weather during Christmas and New Year is always pleasant. As always, we are looking forward to it.

If you are in San Jose during New Years Eve, try to view the valley light up with fireworks at midnight! We sure love our fireworks. Its an amazing event to see that lasts about 30 minutes. You can get a great view of the valley from restaurants in San Antonio, Escazu, such as Tiquicia or hotels to homes and condos in the mountains.

•COVID vaccination rate is 90%

•Real Estate sales continue to be thriving as well as construction. These last few months have blessed me with so many new customers, I fell behind on writing my monthly newsletter.

•Immigration is now accepting applications based on the $150,000 threshold.  The new law applies to new residencies granted after the law was signed by the President on July 14, 2021.
