Costa Rica has administered Covid 19 vaccine to 2.35 million individuals. US donated an additional 500,000 Covid 19 vaccines expected delivery date by August. Costa Rica expands vaccine access to ages 20 and older.

School students are returning to campus!

Costa Rica law 9996 will benefit foreigners to have exemptions on import taxes up to 2 motor vehicles, and 20% discount on Costa Rican property transfer taxes. Residency with $150,000 invested in Costa Rica is still under review.

The real estate market in Costa Rica is  still thriving in July!  Lots of sales have been made throughout both the Central Valley and Coast! This trend is expecting to continue these next few quarters.
