The Sabana Roble!

TRADUCCIÓN AL ESPAÑOL AQUÍ

March is always a beautiful time of the year when the Sabana Roble in the Central Valley blooms a pink flower. An event that only happens once a year. The Central Valley blankets these Sabana Roble trees everywhere. That said, when March comes around the corner you can see landscapes of pink trees throughout many communities such as Sabana, Rohrmoser, Escazu, Santa Ana, Belen and Guacima to name a few.

What causes the Sabana Roble to flower only once a year? The rainy season usually ends in November. As a result, dryness and heat after 3 to 4 months causes these trees to go into stress and bloom their character flower of pink.

The real estate market in Costa Rica is moving very well. Lots of sales have been made throughtout both the Central Valley and Coast during February and March. This trend is expecting to continue these next few months.
